How should I store my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place—ideally in a pouch or lined box, with pieces separated to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

Our pieces are made with metal alloy like steel. brass and copper, finished with oxidized silver plating.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email hello@chakorcollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on items purchased from chakorcollective.com.

Do you have a return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information please check our Returns Policy

Can I pre-order an item?

Yes. Pre-orders let you reserve an item before it’s back in stock or released. Your payment is processed at checkout to secure your order, and your item will ship by the estimated ship date shown on the product page (delivery timing may vary).

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you need to make a change (items, address, or cancellation), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to update it.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At the moment, we ship domestically within the United States only. We’re working on expanding shipping options—sign up for updates if you’d like to be first to know.

What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is a flat $9. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours after you receive the link for tracking to show movement or updates from the carrier.
